Diane has been successfully leading the service operations at eir Business Solutions NI for the past 8 years, overseeing the service desk and network operations centre. A certified PRINCE 2 Practitioner with an ITIL v2 Managers certificate, Diane is also an ISO20000 certified consultant.
Head of Network Enabled Design & Delivery
With over 20 years’ experience in network operations and engineering, Shane leads on pre-sales consultancy and the design, implementation & delivery of 3rd line support for all data solutions. He holds a range of certifications including CISCO CCNP and CCNP Voice, CCIP and Microsoft MSP.
Head of Unified Communications & Contact Centre Services
Gary leads a team of voice engineers, responsible for designing, building and implementing our voice solutions for public sector and enterprise customers. He holds a range of certifications including PRINCE 2, Management of Risk (MoR), and CCDA with technology partner Cisco.
With experience across sales, operations, product and proposition development in Cable London, Telewest and Virgin Media, Matt brings a wealth of ICT knowledge and customer insight to his role in eir Business NI where he leads business development and marketing.
Head of Commercial Operations
Brian has over 30 year’s commercial accounting experience and, since joining eir 8 year’s ago, is responsible for financial reporting, internal systems and supporting business development efforts and bid responses to maintain competitiveness.
A certified Cisco Internetwork Expert with 15 + years industry experience working for Tibus, with the last 9 years at eir Business NI working as NOC Management lead, Senior Network Engineer and more recently as Technical Design Authority.

Business Development Manager
With more than eighteen years’ experience in the ICT industry, Clair has a strong track record working in the public and private sector across the UK, having held senior sales positions with BT, Oracle and HP. Most recently, Clair has been working as an ICT consultant for leading organisations including Invest NI.
Business Development Manager
Steven is responsible for sales and business development within the public sector in Northern Ireland and brings 20 years’ experience in the UK & Ireland ICT Market having worked as country manager for Juniper Networks, Trapeze Networks and more recently as Public Sector Manager NI with Virgin Media Business.
Sarah joined eir Business NI in 2015 with 20 years experience in the ICT industry and manages the service delivery for local councils, Capita and some key private sector customers. Sarah holds ITIL v3 and ITIL 2011, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) Foundation and MSP Practitioner certifications.
Following 16 years experience across engineering, security and network service delivery, John joined as Service Manager for Network NI in 2012 with responsibility for NICS and on-boarded agencies. A certified Cisco and Checkpoint Firewall engineer, he also holds ITIL V3 foundation which he is upgrading to ITIL Expert.
Service Delivery Manager
Amanda joined the company in April 2016 with over 20 years of experience in customer services, the latter 6 in the ICT industry. Amanda is responsible for the service delivery of ICS a NI Civil Service agency. Amanda is ITIL V3 and Prince 2 foundation certified.
Patricia joined eir Business in April 2016 and is responsible for the service management of the Education Network (NI) contract, delivering managed Wide Area Network services to cover 1,100 schools across Northern Ireland. Patricia is accredited with ITIL V2, V3 and ITIL 2011 Foundation along with ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Mgmt.
Network Operations Centre Manager
Gavin heads up the team of qualified engineers who monitor, manage and report on customers’ networks from the Network Operations Centre in Belfast. Working alongside Lorraine and the Service Desk, they ensure customer’s optimum network performance 24/7.
Customer Care Manager
Responsible for the operational management of our co-hosted Service Desk and Network Operations Centre in Belfast, providing access to intelligent support tools to proactively manage customers’ networks. Previously he led the development of DPD’s Service Desk and new IT service management tools.
Head of Delivery
Paul leads our Project Teams working closely with project managers, client leads and delivery engineers to ensure the smooth implementation of customer projects. 19 previous years of ICT experience including Business Development Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Cisco.
