Name: Phil Grace
Position: Project Manager
Role: As Project Manager, Phil will work in partnership with customers – from the initial planning phase through to delivery – to understand business requirements and ensure the exemplary delivery of products and services. Responsible for resourcing, prioritisation and cost control, Phil will ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Track record: Phil previously held the positions of Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Xerox, and his strong track record of management experience in the ICT industry will ensure he is well placed to meet the demands of this role with eir Business NI.
Name: Chris Hawthorne
Position: Service Desk Analyst
Role: As Service Desk Analyst, Chris will be responsible for monitoring the performance of customers’ networks and is the first point-of-contact for clients when they need support.
Track record: Chris joins eir Business NI from Northern Ireland Water where he worked as Legal Team Coordinator. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Legal Assistant at Francis Hanna & Co Solicitors.
Name: David McPherson
Position: Customer Care Manager
Role: As Customer Care Manager, David is responsible for the operational management of eir Business NI’s co-hosted Service Desk and Network Operations Centre in Belfast, providing access to intelligent and efficient support tools to proactively manage its customers’ networks across Northern Ireland.
Track record: David joins eir Business NI from logistics firm DPD where he was responsible for the development of its Service Desk function, including the implementation of new IT service management tools. David’s experience and focus on operational and customer excellence means he is well placed to meet the demands of this critical role.
